mini burgers (& sliders, or slyders) is this a new thing? do you really need detailed instructions on how to make mini burgers? i mean, white castle has been making these for a while -- like 80 years or so (though under the term slyder, which was news to me). hell, they even sell disgusting frozen versions in the supermarkets.
